Berlin, 25 July – SellerX, one of the leading eCommerce aggregators in the world, announced today the appointment of Olivier Van Calster as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, effective July 25, 2024. Jeremy Bell, who was announced Acting CEO, will continue in his role of Head of M&A and Chief Growth Officer, as SellerX prepares for its next phase of growth.
SellerX has become one of the world’s largest consolidators of eCommerce brands with a diversified portfolio spanning over 40,000 consumer products. SellerX, founded in 2020, has rapidly expanded its footprint across Europe, Asia, and the US, transforming Amazon brands into global household names. As the new CEO, Olivier Van Calster will continue to drive the strategic vision established by SellerX’s founders, Philipp Triebel and Malte Horeyseck.
A veteran of the retail industry, Olivier brings over 20 years of leadership experience in commercial, operational, and general management roles in technology and high growth companies, particularly in consumer tech and e-commerce. He has led international growth for companies like eBay, Ancestry, Voi, and StockX. At SellerX, he aims to further develop the company by simplifying the product portfolio and strengthening the company’s direct-to-consumer and retail channels.
